LTIMindtree is seeking a Sr. React UI Developer to design and implement frontend components for high-traffic web applications.

You will translate design into code, collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment, and ensure performance and accessibility across devices. Responsibilities include leading frontend efforts, mentoring junior developers, implementing responsive UI designs with modern CSS, and driving best practices with TDD and code reviews.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years hands-on frontend UI development experience with React.
• Strong expertise in React framework and ecosystem, including patterns and performance optimization.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and modern frontend tooling.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with UX/UI designers and backend developers to build dynamic user interfaces.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code with a focus on performance.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging for high-quality deliverables.
• Apply TDD and Shift Left testing principles across development stages.
