Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Senior UI Engineer (React) to join our client’s software team in Charlotte, NC. This contract role focuses on building and enhancing AI-powered and SaaS security interfaces with React and TypeScript.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of frontend experience, deep React expertise, and a track record delivering data-dense dashboards. Hybrid work is available; W2 employment is required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of frontend engineering experience.
• Strong expertise in React, TypeScript, and state management.
• Experience with API-driven platforms and data-dense applications such as dashboards.
• Familiarity with backend services, particularly FastAPI and async APIs.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Build and enhance core platform user interfaces for AI-powered applications.
• Build and enhance core platform user interfaces for SaaS security applications.
• Translate complex security data into clear, actionable insights for application teams and security stakeholders.
• Develop reusable, maintainable UI components with a focus on usability and clarity.
• Collaborate with backend teams to integrate REST and async APIs effectively.
• Partner with control engineers to ensure messaging is clear and effective across platforms.
