Qualificações

• Recent experience with pure React+TypeScript and React 18 best practices (no Class components or HOCs).
• Redux + Redux Sagas experience required; RTK acceptable but not heavily used.
• Build basic UI components (buttons, dropdowns, layouts) without any 3rd party libraries.
• Styles-in-JS approach using styled-components or emotion/styled, with advanced patterns like theming and responsive components.
• Experience with react-router-dom is a plus; NX monorepos a plus but not required.
• Demonstrated ownership of engineering decisions and autonomous work style.
