Job summary

Marvin is seeking an experienced Senior React Developer to support our digital product teams and provide technical leadership to our web development group.

You will design and build new customer-facing components, mentor peers, and collaborate with product managers to ensure project success. This role emphasizes front-end architecture, performance, and integration with various backend services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, software engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience building web applications with React.
• Experience developing React apps with TypeScript.
• Strong understanding of React concepts: functional components, hooks, Context API.
• Experience with Git and common branching strategies.
• Experience with UX design collaboration and agile teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop new customer-facing components and applications.
• Lead code and design reviews to maintain code quality.
• Mentor less-experienced team members and share React best practices.
• Integrate frontend React components with backend REST APIs.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for frontend deployment.
• Maintain and update project dependencies and fix conflicts.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture to design scalable frontend architecture.
• Maintain existing React components and fix bugs.
