Job summary

Treehouse Strategy and Communications is seeking a Senior Front End Engineer with strong React experience to join a small frontend team and help shape technical decisions. You will mentor juniors, lead code reviews, and participate in high‑level software design decisions.

The role requires excellent communication, ability to work with Scrum methodologies, and a hands‑on approach to building scalable frontend features and architecting systems.

Qualifications

• Significant production React experience on a medium to large scale application.
• Experience mentoring engineers and setting team best practices.
• Ability to write clean and well‑tested TypeScript code.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; comfortable with EST hours.

• Build and maintain frontend architecture.
• Collaborate with backend engineering, product, and design teams to write, test, and deploy code.
