Synechron in Charlotte, NC is seeking an experienced Front-End Developer specializing in React.js to design, build, and maintain modern web applications for our financial services clients.

You will collaborate with UX/UI, backend teams, and Product Owners, using Redux/Context, REST APIs, and modern tooling. The role emphasizes quality, testing, Agile processes, and delivering scalable, secure interfaces.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of application development experience.
• 3+ years focused on React.js development.
• Experience with Redux, Redux Toolkit, MobX or Context API.
• Strong understanding of React Hooks and Virtual DOM.
• REST API integration and microservices experience.
• Front-end build tools: Webpack, Vite, Babel, npm, Yarn.
• Testing: Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress or Selenium.
• Version control: Git, GitHub, GitLab or Bitbucket.
• Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Agile/Scrum and SDLC knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications using React.js.
• Build responsive UI components following best practices.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs with backend teams.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to enhance interfaces.
• Implement state management with Redux/Context API.
