Job Overview
Autism Care Partners (ACP) is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians (BTs) to provide direct therapy services to children with autism. This role involves one‑on‑one work with clients, implementing BCBA‑designed clinical plans, documenting progress, and maintaining a safe, organized environment. BTs may work full‑time or part‑time, with optional Saturday sessions, and there is an opportunity for rapid advancement through the Level Up program.
Responsibilities
- Work one‑on‑one with children at our center, implementing BCBA‑designed clinical plans that help clients build critical communication, social, and other adaptive skills.
- Provide regular and reliable attendance as an essential function of this position.
- Utilize principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA) to teach adaptive behaviors in areas such as language, socialization, play, self‑help, and motor skills.
- Apply ABA techniques to address behavior reduction goals.
- Support client goals related to toilet training, including diaper changes.
- Implement skill‑development programs and provide appropriate physical guidance to ensure client safety.
- Collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behavior.
- Complete session documentation accurately.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work and therapy environment.
- Maintain and acquire technical knowledge by attending required trainings.
- Comply with the BACB’s code of ethics.

Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or GED.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Ability to utilize technology and basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Windows).
- Ability to operate basic office equipment.
- Clear criminal record (no prior criminal history).
- Entry‑level role; previous child‑care experience preferred, but training will be provided for passionate individuals.
