Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking an experienced propulsion engineer to lead ramjet integration for tactical missiles and air vehicles. You will design, test, and validate propulsion hardware and work with vendors to advance development programs.

The role requires deep expertise in ramjet cycle modeling, high-temperature materials, and NX CAD, with a track record of delivering complex mechanical assemblies for demanding environments. US security clearance is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of propulsion engineering experience on missiles or air vehicles.
• Experience with ramjets for defense/aerospace applications (design, test, qualification).
• Fundamentals in cycle/performance modeling, CFD, thermal-structural coupling, high-temp materials.
• Advanced 3D CAD design experience (NX preferred).
• Manufacturing methods understanding (machining, sheet metal, 3D printing).
• Eligible to obtain/maintain active U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead or key contributor in ramjet selection, architecture, and integration on missile platforms.
• Design, fabricate, and test prototype components and control systems.
• Plan, instrument, and execute ramjet test programs.
• Coordinate with engine vendors and manage development projects.
• Lead hardware demos with customers and support CAD design and analysis.
