Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, at least 15 years of track construction experience, and a current California PE license. Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in track construction, particularly in light rail projects.
• Current California Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage multimillion-dollar rail projects from conception to commissioning.
• Serve as primary contact for clients and ensure expectations are exceeded.
• Develop work plans and schedules to deliver projects on time and budget.
• Ensure projects adhere to safety and engineering practices.
• Guide and coach junior engineers.
