Qualifications

• 20+ years of experience in construction management and/or project management for major infrastructure and transit programs.
• Proven leadership delivering projects/programs: $500M+ required; $1B+ strongly preferred.
• Experience working with major transit agencies or public clients is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction management and field delivery across large-scale transit and infrastructure programs.
• Ensure contractors meet all contractual, technical, and performance obligations.
• Drive outcomes across safety, quality, schedule, cost control, and risk mitigation.
