Qualifications

• 15+ years of project experience in planning, design, and construction of surface and tunnel rail projects.
• Experience with FTA and FRA programs and liaison with those agencies.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant area.
• Strong knowledge of relevant technical codes, processes, and trends.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects and develop scope, fee, and schedule for project work.
• Report progress and troubleshoot issues to maintain project profitability.
• Maintain quality by implementing the LJB quality management process.
• Lead risk management tasks and facilitate meetings and workshops.
• Produce reports and other deliverables for clients.
• Present to project teams and external agencies, including Board of Directors.
• Prepare construction plans, specifications, and technical memoranda.
