Job summary

Ratio Therapeutics seeks a Senior Scientist, Analytical Development to advance analytical method development and GMP transfer for radiopharmaceutical programs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external CDMOs to ensure robust QC methods and regulatory readiness.

The role requires a PhD with extensive experience in radiopharmaceutical QC, cGMP compliance, and technical writing. Expect a dynamic, fast-paced lab environment with opportunities to influence program success.

Qualifications

• PhD in chemistry or related field with 5+ years of industry or academia.
• Experience with radiopharmaceutical analytical QC method development.
• Solid knowledge of cGMP and ICH/FDA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize analytical QC methods (HPLC, LC-MS, TLC, GC) for lead compounds.
• Lead technology transfer and GMP/GLP QC method development.
• Design phase-appropriate analytical strategies for regulatory submissions.
• Serve as main contact for method transfer to CDMOs and Ratio sites.
• Author and review analytical documentation and IND/IMPD sections.
• Lead QC method training and ensure data integrity.
• Support OOS/OOT investigations and CAPA actions.
