Job summary
Mariana Oncology is seeking an experienced Scientist I, CMC Analytical Development to join our team in developing radiopharmaceuticals and advancing personalized medicine. You will lead analytical testing, method development, and QC under regulatory guidelines, while collaborating with process development, quality, and external partners.

Qualifications
- PhD/MS/BS in a related field with experience in analytical development or radiopharmaceuticals.
- Experience with GMP/GLP/ICH guidelines and regulatory requirements is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with analytical method development, transfer, and QC in a regulated setting.
Responsibilities
- Independently execute analytical testing on drug substance and radioactive drug products, using HPLC, LC-MS, ICP-MS, GC, TLC, and gamma spectroscopy to support development.
- Troubleshoot analytical methods, investigate results, and identify root causes to ensure accurate, reliable data.
- Support method qualification, transfer, and regulatory-compliant documentation of results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development and manufacturing activities.
- Contribute to laboratory organization and maintenance, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
