Job summary

Providence Healdsburg Hospital in Healdsburg, CA is seeking a Senior Radiology Technologist for a per diem, day shift position. You will prepare patients for diagnostic radiographs, operate imaging equipment, and ensure safety and ALARA compliance.

Ideal candidates have an Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology, active CA Radiologic Technologist license, ARRT certification, BLS, and at least 1 year of acute care hospital or imaging facility experience.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology is required.
• California Radiologic Technologist license upon hire.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association upon hire.
• ARRT certification upon hire is required.
• Minimum 1 year of acute care hospital or imaging facility experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for diagnostic radiographic images and operate imaging equipment.
• Process CR cassettes, prepare exam rooms, and maintain equipment, supplies and contrast.
• Transport patients safely and assist in department quality improvement activities.
