Job summary

Piedmont Athens Regional Hospital in Georgia seeks a Radiologic Technologist to operate imaging equipment and perform diagnostic radiographs following established standards. You will provide patient services across all ages, from neonatal to geriatric, and may handle fluoroscopy and lumbar punctures as needed, delivering high-quality technical care.

Applicants must complete an AMA approved Radiologic Technology program, have 4 years of experience, and hold ARDMS or ARRT registration with BCLS.

Qualifications

• Graduate of AMA approved Radiologic Technology program or JRCERT accredited hospital-based training.
• 4 years of radiologic imaging experience required.
• ARDMS or ARRT registration and BCLS certification required on hire.

Responsibilities

• Operates radiologic equipment to produce diagnostic radiographs.
• Performs routine diagnostic procedures following established standards.
• Provides patient services using imaging modalities.
• Delivers care to patients from neonatal to geriatric.
• Demonstrates ability to perform fluoroscopy and lumbar punctures.
• Provides more complex technical care as needed.
