Qualifications

• Minimum five years as a registered Radiology Technologist in an acute care facility preferred.
• Diploma from a certified school of radiologic technology.
• Active California Radiology Technologist (CRT) license required, fluoroscopy licensure preferred.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Fluoroscopy license required after one year.
• ARRT certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform general radiology procedures ordered by a physician.
• Position patients and educate them for imaging exams.
• Minimize radiation exposure with protection techniques.
• Maintain radiology equipment and quality of radiographs.
• Document patient care in EHR systems.
• Assist radiologists during fluoroscopic procedures and injections.
