Job summary

UCI Health in Irvine, CA seeks a Principle Radiologic Technologist to perform a full range of general and diagnostic radiologic procedures, including DEXA and mammography. The role includes QA/QC, MQSA reporting, and serving as a technical resource for the department.

The candidate will train less senior technologists, rotate across UCI Imaging Clinics, and demonstrate strong English communication, planning, and time-management skills. California CRT/ARRT credentials required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist.
• Minimum of 1 year of mammography experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• CRT in both Radiologic and Mammography.
• ARRT in both Radiologic and Mammography.
• Ability to travel to clinics and other campus offices.

Responsibilities

• Perform a full range of general and diagnostic radiologic procedures including DEXA scanning.
• Perform advanced diagnostic procedures including mammography screening/diagnostic.
• Complete MQSA reporting as requested.
• Act as a technical resource for the department.
• Participate in training of less senior Radiologic Technologists and students.
• Able to rotate to other UCI Imaging Clinics.
