Job summary

Provident Behavioral Health is seeking a Senior Radiologic Technologist to perform X-ray, CT, ultrasound and mammography with a focus on quality imaging. You will position patients, operate high-tech equipment, and manage contrast media while coaching patients and maintaining safety standards.

You will mentor students, handle emergencies, and maintain thorough records to support diagnostic accuracy and department efficiency.

Qualifications

• Completion of an AMA-approved Radiologic Technology program.
• Texas Radiologic Technologist license or temporary certification at hire.
• ARRT certification and BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong record-keeping and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Position patients and operate advanced imaging equipment.
• Prepare and manage contrast media for procedures.
• Coach patients and ensure safety standards throughout imaging.
• Mentor students and handle emergency cases as required.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of examinations and results.
