Job summary

Survival Systems Staffing in Boston, MA is seeking two experienced, hands-on RF engineers to join a small, tight-knit team working on innovative RF products. You will contribute across Circulators, isolators, RF circuitry, resonators, microstrip lines, filters, and power-related metrics in a collaborative environment.

The role offers a hybrid schedule (4 days onsite, 1 day remote), relocation assistance, and employer-paid medical and dental coverage. ITAR requires U.S.

Qualifications

• Hands-on RF design experience in hardware.
• Familiarity with Circulators/isolators, filters, and RF layouts.
• Ability to work in a small, collaborative team.

We're interested in engineers with experience in any of the following areas:

• Circulators and isolators
• RF circuitry, resonators, and microstrip lines
• RF filters (ATFs) and passive components
• Noise figure, gain, P1dB, and IP3
• PCB and multiplexer design
• RF module design and integration

Big plus: Experience with nonlinear transmission lines (NLTLs) or high-power microwave devices.
