Job description

We're seeking a seasoned RF Design Lead to drive the development of advanced RF, Microwave, and Millimeter-Wave solutions for high-impact defense and space missions. This is a hands-on role where you'll contribute to everything from initial proposals to design, prototyping, testing, and production. What You'll Be Doing:

1. Lead the design of complex RF and mixed-signal systems, operating from VHF up to 40+ GHz
2. Develop components like synthesizers, mixers, filters, A/D converters, PLLs, and more
3. Use modeling and simulation tools to optimize system-level RF performance
4. Support hardware integration, validation, and testing for spaceflight and defense platforms
5. Translate customer needs into architecture designs, technical documentation, and final product deliverables

What You Bring:

1. 7+ years of experience in RF/microwave/mmWave circuit and system design
2. Strong knowledge of RF system architecture and hands-on hardware development
3. Proficiency with simulation and design tools such as ADS, AWR, HFSS, MATLAB, and mechanical modeling software
4. Experience managing designs from initial concept through to production
5. Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering required; Master’s or PhD is a strong plus
