LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC in Missouri is seeking a full-time senior radiation therapist to deliver precise radiation treatments to oncology patients, including treatment planning, simulation, and operation of the TrueBeam linear accelerator.

The role requires a RT(T) certification, ARRT board certification, at least two years of experience (with experience in planning and equipment operation preferred), strong radiology knowledge, and a Bachelor’s degree in Radiation Therapy preferred.

Qualifications

• Certified Radiation Therapist (RT(T)) with a completed accredited program.
• Board Certified by ARRT.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience; experience in treatment planning and operation of radiation therapy equipment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of radiology, cancer care, radiation therapy, and dosimetry.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient treatments utilizing ionizing radiation under the guidance of a Radiation Oncologist.
• Operate advanced equipment such as the TrueBeam linac, and participate in treatment simulation and planning.
• Teach students, present current cases, and ensure accurate treatment delivery.
• Complete treatment processes and coordinate patient scheduling.
