New Solutions is seeking a Radiation Therapist to perform clinical duties and support departmental policies in Ohio. You will ensure policy adherence, educate staff, and maintain equipment safety while contributing to QA/QI initiatives.

Requirements include 3–5 years in radiation therapy, ARRT RT(T) licensure, and a current BLS certification; a related bachelor's degree is preferred. Excellent benefits and career development await.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of radiation therapy experience.
• Current ARRT RT(T) license and ongoing licensure.
• BLS Healthcare Provider certification.

Responsabilités

• Performs clinical duties of a radiation therapist and ad hoc administrative tasks.
• Reviews, writes, and updates radiation policy and procedures.
• Educates staff on policy, procedures, and Ohio Department of Health requirements.
• Ensures equipment quality checks are completed and logged; maintains safe operation.
• Chairs and documents radiation therapy QA/QI meetings.
• Assists in staff training, competency assessments, and radiation oncology billing workflow.
