Qualifications

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years’ prior relevant experience.
• Experience leading multi-disciplined teams to meet deadlines for proposal submissions.
• Experience with developing and submitting compliant Basis of Estimates (BOEs).
