Belcan Government Solutions is seeking a Radar Engineer for a visible Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD role. You will provide SME support across radar engineering with emphasis on systems architecture, design, and performance validation, working within a DoD supplier environment.

The position requires a BS in Engineering and 8+ years of radar engineering experience in DoD or OEM contexts, with counter-target acquisition and multi-mission radar expertise.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Radar Engineering experience with a DoD Weapons Program Office or OEM.
• Experience with counter target acquisition and multi-mission capable radars.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review system and subsystem specifications.
• Develop and review test strategies and methodologies for radar designs.
• Identify radar performance shortcomings, diagnose root causes, implement design changes.
