Job summary
Radiance Technologies in Huntsville is seeking a senior technical intelligence analyst with deep expertise in foreign threat radars and air defense systems. You will provide technical leadership, mentor staff, and support contracts through all phases of analysis and customer briefing.
You will build relationships with DoD and IC program representatives, explore strategic opportunities, and help Radiance set long-range plans while evaluating new business and competitive strategies.
Qualifications
- Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with Counterintelligence polygraph.
- Engineering degree or higher.
- Minimum 30 years of TI analysis experience.
- Proven knowledge of IC and DoW markets.
- Experience with interagency and allied partners on intelligence analysis.
- Experience with engineering analysis of foreign weapon systems.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship in radar and air defense analysis.
- Develop customer relationships with DoD, IC, allies, and commercial partners.
- Identify strategic teaming opportunities and communicate opportunities to management.
- Develop strategic plans with Radiance leadership to achieve business objectives.
- Evaluate new business opportunities and competitive strategies.
