Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Senior Supermarket Rack Refrigeration HVAC Technician to support and oversee repair of refrigeration and HVAC systems at our Parma, OH stores. You will use hand and power tools, digital devices, and a work order system to diagnose issues and complete repairs.

Responsibilities include responding to emergencies, documenting actions, and ensuring OSHA/EPA compliance. The role requires extensive experience in commercial refrigeration and Type I/II or universal EPA certification,

Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience in HVAC/grocery rack refrigeration.
• EPA Type I/II or Universal certification for refrigerant handling.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license and a clean MVR.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair Walmart facility's Refrigeration HVAC equipment and assets.
• Use the work order system to receive repair work orders and support stores.
• Provide prompt response to emergency maintenance calls and document activities.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA guidelines and safety policies.
