Job summary

Stryker Inari is seeking a Senior R&D Technician to provide hands-on technical support to engineers and scientists in developing, testing, and analyzing products, materials, processes, and equipment. You will work independently and in cross-functional teams supporting prototyping and validation, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation.

The role requires 3+ years of technical experience, clean room exposure, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of relevant technical experience.
• Experience in clean room or catheter-based technologies.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook/Teams/Word/Excel).
• Lift/push/pull/carry up to 35 lb.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical support for R&D projects (development, prototyping, testing, materials, processes, equipment).
• Partner with engineers to develop work instructions and validate new processes and test methods.
• Lead cross-functional training on new processes, materials, equipment, test methods, and prototypes.
