Responsibilities

• Formulate and prepare batches of consumer health products per protocols.
• Conduct experiments to optimize formulations and improve quality.
• Document batch formulations, processes, and results per regulatory standards.
• Monitor batch quality throughout production ensuring safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with QA to investigate discrepancies and product issues.
• Work with R&D, QA, and production to streamline processes.
• Assist in development of new products by researching market trends.
