Job summary

Eurofins Environment Testing America is seeking an R&D Analytical Scientist to develop and implement new analytical methods, review data, and maintain laboratory instruments. You will manage technical projects, train analysts, and contribute to SOPs while collaborating with clients and regulators.

The role requires a BS in Chemistry (PhD preferred), 5+ years in an analytical lab, and 1–2 years of supervisory experience. Standard full-time schedule with comprehensive benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• BS or BA in Chemistry required; Ph.D. preferred but not required.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an analytical laboratory.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.
• Professional working proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement new analytical methods in the laboratory.
• Manage technical projects and SOPs; drive process improvements.
• Train analysts and technicians; mentor staff in the lab.
• Perform sample analyses, data review, and report findings to management.
• Consult with clients, regulators, and other departments on analytical capabilities.
