Responsibilities

• Lead mortality and lapse analysis initiatives across US/Canada portfolios.
• Develop and calibrate mortality and lapse assumptions for new business costing and valuation.
• Analyze data to identify drivers of mortality and lapse, including policyholder behavior.
• Create analytics tools to improve monitoring and assumption accuracy.
• Collaborate with US market units and cross-functional teams.
• Present findings to internal teams and clients, potentially at industry events.
• Document development processes per governance standards.
• Ensure implemented assumptions align with models to prevent errors.
