Job summary

GlobalFoundries seeks an experienced Quantum Integration Engineer - MTS to lead execution across multiple quantum modalities and align development with manufacturing readiness. You will act as the primary interface among Product Development, Quantum AME, Fab8 AME, Fab9 AME, and manufacturing teams in a fast-paced, highly technical environment.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in semiconductor tech development with strong cross-functional leadership and a deep understanding of manufacturing

Qualifications

BS/MS/PhD in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or related discipline.
8+ years semiconductor technology development, process integration, or manufacturing engineering experience.
Demonstrated leadership of complex cross-functional programs.
Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing operations and technology development.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-modality quantum development programs across Spin Qubit, Ion Trap, superconducting and photonic platforms.
Establish readiness criteria for all quantum development programs.
Drive tool, process, metrology, and operations readiness.
Lead manufacturing risk assessments and mitigation planning.
