Cumming Group in Chicago seeks a Senior Cost Manager to lead cost estimation and project controls from design through construction. You will mentor estimators, manage workloads, and maintain client relationships while delivering high-quality deliverables.

Ideal candidates hold a BS in Construction or related field, with 4–5 years in cost management and MRICS or equivalent certification, plus strong MEP cost-management knowledge and advanced Excel skills.

Qualifications

• BS in Construction, Cost & Commercial Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
• 4–5 years in Cost & Commercial Management or Quantity Surveying with professional accreditation.
• MRICS, AssocRICS, CCP, CEP, CPE or equivalent.

This position is responsible for overseeing the preparation of deliverables, providing mentoring to other team members. The role requires strong organizational skills and ability to work independently managing small teams. The Senior Cost Manager can provide services independently throughout the project life cycle.This role will be supporting a data center client.
