You’ll play a critical role in helping your team understand user needs and will drive impact at all stages of product development, ensuring products are useful, usable, and helpful. You will also grow within a supportive UXR community offering mentorship, regular meetups, and exclusive internal tools.
As a UX Researcher on our team, your insights will help us understand how to seamlessly connect people and products so that more users can unlock the full value of Google. Specifically, your work will drive broader and deeper engagement across platforms by helping users discover, onboard, and experience everything Google has to offer, including identifying high-value opportunities and getting product teams to think differently about approaching problems, rather than focusing on the same small surfaces.

By translating complex technical concepts like agentic autonomy and cross-app integration into intuitive, high-value user outcomes, you will help ensure our AI solutions feel like helpful partners rather than intrusive tools.
