Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience leading quantitative UX research with executive-level impact.
• Expertise in survey science, sampling, pricing research and psychometrics.
• Proficient in SQL and Python; experienced with AI and LLM evaluation methods.
• Proven ability to set scalable research standards across teams.
• Experience working on AI-powered products and coaching non-researchers.

Responsibilities

• Set and drive a quantitative research roadmap across R&D.
• Develop psychometric frameworks and validated scales to measure customer experiences with AI features.
• Own the approach to quantitative methods and survey strategy at scale.
• Partner with Data Science to combine behavioral, attitudinal, and sentiment data.
• Maintain clear segmentation of ideal customer profiles as the business evolves.
• Build scalable usability measurement and benchmarking to compare design directions.
• Mentor researchers and advance AI-native practices across the org.
