Anemoi Predictive Technology LLC is seeking a Senior Quantitative Researcher focused on market microstructure and intraday price formation. This fully remote role requires residency in the Phoenix, AZ area to support year-round Mountain Standard Time coverage and team collaboration.

You will design event-time data pipelines, develop liquidity diagnostics, and oversee end-to-end research reviews across U.S. equities. 7+ years of experience and strong Python/SQL/data-analysis skills are required.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a quantitative field or equivalent research track record.
• Strong Python, SQL, statistics, and market-data experience.
• Evidence of rigorous empirical research in electronic markets.

Responsibilities

• Design studies of spreads, depth, impact, auction behavior, and short-horizon price response.
• Build event-time datasets without look-ahead or survivorship bias.
• Partner with engineering to productionize validated measures.
• Document assumptions, failure modes, and regime sensitivity.
• Own event-time data quality, liquidity diagnostics, and intraday research review during year-round Mountain Standard Time coverage as national clock alignments change.
