Senior vs. Principal Level Expectations
Senior Quantitative Researcher
Independently designs and executes complex statistical analyses, develops SAPs, contributes to experimental design, and delivers scientifically rigorous research with limited oversight.
Principal Quantitative Researcher
Leads statistical strategy, serves as the scientific authority for complex research engagements, and independently develops, evaluates, justifies, and defends statistical methodologies to clients and regulatory reviewers. Provides technical leadership, mentoring, and quality oversight.
