Exelon is seeking a Senior Quantitative Engineer to apply quantitative methodologies across engineering studies and planning for utility operations. The role emphasizes developing analytical models, communicating results to leadership, and staying abreast of energy industry developments.

Position may require extended hours during storms or energy delivery emergencies, with a focus on cost effectiveness and strategic project support.

Qualificações

• Bachelor of Science degree in engineering or quantitative disciplines.
• Ability/experience analyzing and interpreting complex electrical and mechanical systems.
• Knowledge and ability to apply problem solving approaches and engineering theory.
• Knowledge of engineering designs, principles and practices.
• 7+ years of professional engineering or quantitative analyst experience.
• Detailed knowledge of applicable standards, codes methods, and practices.
• Thorough knowledge and experience in unique areas of engineering expertise.
• Ability to apply advanced engineering principles to identify and resolve complex issues.
• Experience articulating business questions using mathematical techniques and data.
• Programming in MATLAB, Python, R, C++, SQL, VBA to develop and maintain models.
