Capital One is seeking a Principal Associate in Quantitative Analysis to collaborate with multiple lines of business, enhancing models and analytics while applying ML and econometric methods to drive business decisions.

The role requires a Master’s degree in a quantitative field and 3+ years of relevant experience, with strong skills in R, Python, or SQL, and the ability to communicate complex results to non-technical stakeholders.

Competenze

• Master’s or foreign equivalent in a quantitative field with 3 years of quantitative analytics experience.
• Experience in statistical or econometric modeling, linear/logistic regression, and presenting results to non-statistical audiences.
• 3 years of experience in at least 3 of: survival analysis, time-series, panel data, cross-sectional data, ML, large datasets.

• Partner with lines of business to enhance modeling and analytical framework.
• Collaborate across Capital One entities to create novel analytical solutions.
• Identify opportunities to apply quantitative methods and automation to improve performance and efficiency.
