FlexStaff seeks a Senior Quality Technician for our aerospace and industrial manufacturing client in Deer Park, NY. You will perform advanced CMM inspections, develop and modify inspection programs, and interpret complex drawings and GD&T requirements.

The role involves guiding other quality staff, supporting audits, root-cause analysis, and driving continuous improvement in quality, productivity, and process stability. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality, Inspection, Metrology, or precision manufacturing.
• Strong hands-on CMM operating and programming experience
• Ability to independently develop, modify, troubleshoot, and execute CMM inspection programs.
• Strong knowledge of GD&T.
• Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings and specifications.
• Strong experience with precision measurement equipment.
• Experience with First Article, in-process, and final inspection.
• Experience investigating nonconformances and supporting root-cause/corrective-action activities.

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity.
