Job summary

BD is seeking a Sr. Quality System Specialist to support continued development, improvement, and implementation of Quality Systems. This role participates in quality guidance and project teams for process improvements and continuous improvements.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in a science/engineering field and 5 years of relevant experience, with knowledge of FDA QSRs and ISO 13485. BD emphasizes on-site collaboration and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, or other relevant discipline.
• 5 years of relevant experience.
• Working knowledge of FDA medical device quality system regulations (21 CFR Part 820) and ISO 13485.
• Ability to revise policies and procedures and work across functions.

Responsibilities

• Consistent application of quality system standards to assigned quality system area.
• Develops solutions to routine assigned activities of moderate scope & complexity.
• Follows company procedures and may update procedures and policies.
• Works within and across functions for assigned quality systems.
• Ensures quality conduct of projects including design, data summary, interpretation, and report generation.
