This senior Quality Systems role is central to adapting and maturing the Quality Management System (QMS) as the DC business pursues ISO9001 certification and expands into increasingly rigorous customer quality expectations.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
  • Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of a QMS supporting mission‑critical data‑center hardware systems utilizing structured methodologies such as PDCA, Lean, and Six Sigma.
  • Translate contractual obligations and quality specifications into internal quality flow‑downs for design, manufacturing, and supplier teams.
  • Conduct engineering audits and assessments across DC products, including documentation, design reviews, and stage‑gate quality gates aligned with PRD/silicon development flows and ISO‑based, customer‑specific requirements.
  • Translate hyperscaler‑specific contractual quality obligations (including customer quality agreements, warranty requirements, and epidemic defect triggers) into internal quality controls and supplier flow‑downs.
  • Analyze quality data, assessment outcomes, and customer signals to identify enterprise‑level risks and trends; translate insights into improvements leveraging CAPA and lessons learned.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with engineering and business teams to drive alignment on quality objectives, risk posture, and continuous improvement priorities.
  • Execute supporting product traceability programs and lot/component genealogy requirements in complex hardware supply chains.
  • Establish and maintain key metrics to drive continual improvement.
Level of Responsibility
  • Operate independently with minimal supervision.
  • Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to other quality team members.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field (electronics background required).
  • Demonstrated experience planning and executing ISO9001‑based internal and external audits; working knowledge of IPC‑A‑610 for electronic hardware acceptability standards in server/data‑center hardware.
  • Experience supporting product traceability programs and lot/component genealogy requirements in complex hardware supply chains.
  • Familiarity with hyperscaler quality program requirements (e.g., OCP qualification standards, customer‑specific quality agreements, and product qualification workflows for server/rack platforms).
  • Five or more years of experience in quality systems, supporting complex electronic products.
  • Strong understanding of product development lifecycles, validation, and release processes.
  • Proven ability to lead structured problem solving and root‑cause analysis for systemic issues.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with PLM, ERP, MES systems.
  • Awareness of product environmental governance requirements.
  • Black Belt/Six Sigma certification.
  • ASQ (e.g., CQE or CRE) or ISO Lead Auditor certification or equivalent.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Applied Science, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field and at least 2years of quality engineering or related work experience.
  • Master's degree in the same fields and at least 1year of quality engineering or related work experience.
  • PhD in the same fields.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Pay range: $94,600.00 – $141,800.00.
  • Competitive annual discretionary bonus program and opportunity for annual RSU grants.
  • Comprehensive benefits package to support success at work, at home, and at play.
