Job summary

You will partner with Quality Control teams and production facilities to drive corrective actions and ensure product quality.

The ideal candidate will have extensive product knowledge, strong analytical skills, and the ability to make informed recommendations on defect resolution and process improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in flooring, quality assurance, quality control, inspections, product support, claims support, or manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of hard surface flooring products, including LVP, hardwood, and laminate.
• Experience identifying product defects and conducting root cause investigations.

Responsibilities

• Lead inspections and evaluations of hard surface flooring products, including LVP, hardwood, and laminate.
• Serve as the internal subject matter expert for product quality concerns and defect identification.
• Investigate product performance issues and identify root causes.
