MKS Instruments in Beaverton, Oregon, is seeking a Sr. Quality and Reliability Engineering Manager to drive quality excellence in our high-power laser-based systems. We are looking for an exceptional Sr. Quality and Reliability Engineering Manager to join our Systems Business Unit in Beaverton, Oregon. This position will lead all quality and reliability initiatives at the site and play a key role in advancing our culture of quality excellence and product performance for our high‑power laser‑based systems.
MKS Equipment Solutions Business develops laser‑based micro‑manufacturing systems and component test systems that are used worldwide by manufacturers in the electronics industry to process the materials and components that are an integral part of the electronic devices and systems in use today. We are open to new perspectives and ideas.
Salary Pay Range: $135,000.00 - $225,000.00 per year. This range is a good faith estimate of the expected salary range for this position, based on a wide range of factors including qualifications, experience and training, operational and business needs and other considerations permitted by law. At MKS, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for the role.
Bonus: This position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, in an amount to be determined by MKS [or as applicable].
