Job summary

East West Tea Company in Eugene, OR is seeking a Quality Compliance Manager to lead the quality team and ensure adherence to US food safety regulations.

You will supervise a team of specialists, drive audit readiness, CAPA, and continuous improvement across the QMS, coordinating with operations, R&D, and procurement.

Bachelor’s degree in food science or related field required; CQA or PCQI preferred; 5–7 years in QA/regulatory roles in food manufacturing; 2+ years of people management.

Qualifications

• GMP compliance knowledge.
• Regulatory interpretation and GMP requirements.
• Experience with quality systems and CAPA processes.

Responsibilities
