Responsibilities

• Lead client interface and drive project execution onsite in Chicago
• Manage project milestones, timelines and deliverables
• Produce weekly status reports and escalate risks/issues
• Oversee team productivity and performance against KPIs
• Support investigation and closure of exceptions and non-conformances as needed
