Job summary

Ferring is seeking a Senior Manager of Quality Operations in Minneapolis, MN, to lead QC processes across manufacturing, technical services, and regulatory areas. You will manage batch record issuance, disposition, COAs, and the Donor/Material Hold program to ensure timely, compliant product releases for clinical and commercial products.

The role requires 7+ years in FDA-regulated environments and a strong track record in quality oversight, process improvements, and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience in FDA-regulated manufacturing with QA exposure.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP regulations and quality systems.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead batch record issuance, review, COA creation, and disposition.
• Manage Donor and Material Hold program for QC oversight.
• Oversee data collection and records via paper/electronic systems.
• Support batch review and release activities for multiple products.
