Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking a seasoned quality leader to strengthen our quality programs across project operations in Rayville, LA. The role emphasizes integrating quality assurance practices, coaching teams, and driving actions that ensure project success and client satisfaction.

You will oversee quality frameworks, mentor coordinators, participate in early quality planning, resolve complex issues, and analyze performance data to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, project management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of managerial or program leadership experience.
• CMQ/OE certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee implementation and maintenance of quality frameworks and integrate with other operational processes.
• Lead and manage quality coordinators and specialists with coaching and performance oversight.
• Support early project quality planning to define expectations, identify risks, and integrate quality into delivery strategies.
• Review and resolve complex quality issues with corrective and preventive actions.
• Track and analyze quality performance data to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with operational leadership to reinforce quality ownership and accountability.

Oversees the development and implementation of quality strategies to ensure they are integrated, prioritized, and serve to achieve our project success goals and company goals as defined in existing frameworks.
