Job summary

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Senior Quality Manager to join a client in Grapevine, TX. This is a full-time, direct-hire position and 100% onsite. The role leads the Quality Management System, ensures ISO 9001 compliance and drives continuous improvement across the organization.

A hands-on leader will manage the quality team, supplier performance, and regulatory adherence. The ideal candidate has a strong ISO background, excellent analytical skills, and a proven track record of improving

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a Science-related field.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• English fluency required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and develop quality team members.
• Organize and oversee team schedules, workload, and daily operations.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Ensure QMS compliance with ISO 9001 and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee inventory and product flow improvements.
