Job summary

Evotec seeks a Senior Quality Management Specialist to join the Princeton site. You will oversee GRP, GLP, and GCP practices, support audits, and drive continuous quality improvements in Protein Sciences, Chemistry, and Bioanalytical activities.

The role emphasizes risk-based quality oversight, documentation governance, and collaboration with global Quality teams. A Master’s in Quality Management or Life Sciences and 3+ years in pharma/biotech are expected.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Quality Management or Life Sciences or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Pharmaceutical/Biotech/CRO environments.
• Strong knowledge of GLP and GCP in bioanalytical activities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee GRP implementation and maintenance across discovery functions.
• Support GLP and GCP frameworks for bioanalytical activities.
• Interpret regulatory requirements and ensure compliant implementation.
• Maintain and manage quality documentation and records.
• Lead internal audits and support sponsor audits/regulatory inspections.
• Investigate quality events and manage CAPAs.
• Promote quality culture and continuous improvement across sites.
• Collaborate with global Quality teams and stakeholders.
