Job summary

Rise Technical in Kansas City, MO is seeking a senior site Quality Leader to assume full ownership of the site QMS, make final quality decisions, and drive compliance within a regulated medical device environment.

You will lead internal and external audits, CAPA and complaints, supplier quality, and documentation, while managing a team of five direct reports and ensuring ongoing improvement across the site.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ quality management with QMS ownership, audits and CAPA/root cause.
• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the site QMS and act as Management Representative.
• Lead audits, CAPA, complaints, supplier quality, and continuous improvement.
